Eh, dah nak raya dah :)

Sekejapnya masa berlalu... lagi 3 hari dah nak raya. Kuih London almond ku pun tak siap2 lagi buat. Sekarang nie pun dah takder mood nak kerja, walhalnyer kerja makin menimbun. Tngklah mood raya, siap boleh buat entry blog masa kerja :)

Pada aku saat yang paling aku suka masa raya ialah pada pagi hari raya. Rasa Best sangat mcm sukar nak di katakan. Mungkin sebab dah lama berpuasa, dan tiba-tiba hari tu bangun saja tidur dah boleh makan. Lepas tu makan pulak benda yang sedap-sedap pulak tu. Memang hari biasa jarang macam tu. Awal pagi ader ketupat, lemang, rendang, kuih-muih dan macam-macam lagi lah. Lepas tu biasanyer pagi raya semua orang dah mandi, so takder lah pemandangan dan bau-bau yang tidak menyenangkan. Kan kalau hari biasa tu, ader ahli-ahli keluarga yang tak mandi lah, tak gosok gigilah datang breakfast dulu. Kadang2 aku pun buat jugak benda tu :). Tapi pada hari raya nie, semua orang mandi, lepas tu pakai baju baru, cantik-cantik, wangi-wangi, lawa-lawa. Tambah lagi tu, rumah pulak mesti di hias cantik, bersih, kemas. Langsir baru ker, carpet baru ker, cat baru ker...selalunyer mak aku mesti at least ader 1 benda baru time raya. Dan di sebabkan itu semua orang tersangatlah ceria nya pada hari tu, dan menambahkan lagi suasana meriah raya. Ehm tak sabarnya!!! Memang betul tuhan dah janji kepada umatnya, salah satu kegembiraan berpuasa adalah ketika hari raya.

Tahun nie family abang dan kakak sepupu aku akan beraya kat kampung. Aku memang tiap2 tahun beraya kampung, itu lah untungnyer kawin dengan orang yang berlainan bengsa :). Mesti gamat rumah mak aku. Aku suka tahun nie sebab ader cuti 1 hari sebelum raya, jadi husband pun akan ader buat persiapan untuk raya. 1 hari sebelum raya memang sibuk, tapi mesti meriah!! Ehm tak sabarnya nak raya :)

Tapi gembira pun tak boleh nak over2, kena beringat jugak. Minta tuhan jauhkan dari perkara-perkara yang buruk. Amin!!!, pastu makan pun kena jaga2... kena banyak minum air masak... sebab takut perut tak tahan. Nak pergi beraya tu pandu kereta hati2.

I still feel uneasy and anxious about leaving Luffy with babysitter who taking care 5 other kids. I'm still looking for a better babysitter... I just pray that God will take care my child too .... Should I quit working? The pay is not that compatible with what I'm doing.... but I love my job...



Can you see the two spot I highlighted here? Yes, Luffy got them at the nursery and the spot is still there after 5 days... Do you think minor fall down can cause this??

Change Over day-care centre to babysitter

Due to some bad incidents happened at the nursery, I decided to place Luffy under babysitter care. It was sudden and unplanned move, but I think this is the Best for my darling Luffy. This new babysitter is my ex-boss wife which is the Best candidate that I have at this point of time. Judging from the location and due to the fact that she's also babysit a few other infant and babies, certainly making me doubtful, but I think it's better rather than you now that the nursery which he has been staying is no longer a safe place for him. And I think also not an excellent move to put Luffy under stranger's care as well. I did checked a few other daycare center, but it look like they are more interested in making money than to take care kids.

Actually I feel hesitate to quit the Tadika Anakku Sayang service. Luffy has been with them for 13 months, and it seems no major issue happened until recently. This nursery is in strategic location which is about 5 minutes drive from my office and the fees is quite compatible. The owner is good and there used to be a few good and elderly staff. But recently the performance is dropped. There are many times when I pick-up Luffy, they informed me Luffy feel down, Luffy being bitten, Luffy naughty and he fell down. I feel quite unhappy, I guess kids are supposed to be active at this time because they want to explore the world. I pay them to look after him, not to let him play alone and fall off. The most terrible incident was when I pick-up Luffy with bruise on his head like a size of an egg. The owner appologize to me and ask me to take Luffy to clinic. She looks quite guilty and she mentioned that Luffy walk imbalance and he fell off when he stepped on the toys. I don't quite believe it, but looking at Luffy condition and he looks OK i just nodding and doesn't say much. That night the nursery's owner call me again to ask Luffy's condition. I did mentioned my dissatisfaction, and asked her to monitor Luffy better. I did mentioned, I'm afraid Luffy being hit by other kids, which I think the real rootcause of the bruise. The next day, during the lunch hour I call the nursery about Luffy and the owner said happily that Luffy having porridge and he is fine. When I pick-up Luffy again, I saw big spot of medicine on his head, I asked did he fell off again, and the owner said, no, this is from yesterday incident. When I reached home, I cleaned the spot and to my surprised there are two bruises. WTF!!! I felt very pissed-off, I wanted to call the nursery and asked for explanation, but I think its useless, since she did mentioned that the bruise is from the previous incident. Not forgotten, before I drove away, I did asked the owner that I didn't see her 3 of her staff. She said they have quit their service. I think this is the explanation why Luffy got those spot, the staff is outnumbered and the nursery is out of hand.

Before anything went worse, I better switch place. I think I'll put Luffy temporarily with this babysitter until I can get other better place but certainly not Tadika Anakku sayang.

Time passed so fast, and Luffy is already 1 year ++. Alhamdullilah, syukur kepada Allah :D. I hope I can be a good mother for Luffy and I hope I gave, give and will give the BEST for him. He is 78 cm tall and 9 kg weight. This is based on the recent check-up data. According to the nurse, Luffy is lightly underweight. His ideal weight should 10.5kg to 12 kg. The nurse advise to give Luffy adult food instead of porridge. But the problem, Luffy reject the adult food, he prefer porridge because its soft and he dont have to do lots of work :)

Luffy bath time

Yesterday was a public holiday for most of the company and school. The public holiday of Nuzul Al-Quran. However Agilent and Avago which is hubby and my employer does not gazetted it as holiday for the employees. I didn't know the nursery where we sent Luffy is closed too. Maybe it was my mistake that I did not see that they've written on the notice board that they'll be Off On Monday when I took Luffy last Friday.

Too bad that my roster is to take Luffy from nursery while hubby take Luffy to nursery hehe... Hubby called about 9.30,
Hubby " do you know the nursery closed today? do they tell you that on Friday?"
Me "No, what happened"
Hubby " I went there and everything is closed. I knocked door, nobody answer. It does mentioned on the notice board"
Me " Really, I must've missed that on Friday. You want me to take leave today? I can "
Hubby "It's OK, I've called my boss"

Thats what happened. So Luffy got to spend 2 extra days with Papa this week :)



I went back during lunch break to check the duos. I can hear the sound of Luffy's favorite song being played from outside the house. How wonderful, I just wish that I can be at home with them. And it was almost time Luffy had his shower :). I manage to capture this.

Mission Accomplished!!

I managed to eat what I want!! I show hubby of my previous blog entry on salmon sashimi and he took me to sushi king yesterday at Queensbay. I got to eat my favorite sashimi and the flounder fish. I do not know what they call flounder fish in Malay language, i think I never found this fish in other meal. First time I tried it when I were in Kobe, Japan, then after that I fall in love with the taste.

What do I think of facebook??

I used to be a fan of facebook. I did get addicted to facebook that sometimes I checked it on every hour especially during working hour. <>. But now facebook is not longer a hit for me... It's kind of bored for me..I think due to few reason

I involve with facebook to be place to share story, photos and exchange info among friends. But now I think now some people starts to show off that they are better than everybody else on the list. How a great husband, big car, big house they have. Braggarts!! Maybe I dont have anything to show, that's why I feel this way..:( haha. not really!! I dont think I want to do that. I dont want other people to feel what I feel right now. I know there is ups and down in life...God plan our life to be perfect. You cant be good in every angle...Dont just only show your beautiful sunshine story, why don't sometime show what's the skeleton you've hiding in your closet.

I think few of my good friends also feel the same that they no longer active in facebook. That's another reason why I dont feel fun with facebook anymore.
My network of friend is increasing... Some I dont even know. Kalau tak approve kata sombong lak.. So, I try to keep my involvement as simple as possible. I dont want to be public-figure and sell your stories among people, just good to be low-profile. Another fact is that when more people more gossip will involve.. I dont like gossip :(

Thats my opinion on facebook now. Should i quit my account? I dont think so, eventhough facebook now being ruptured by such attitude, but that's the only method for me to get in touch my my schoolmate..

Satay Celup??

Pernah dengar tak nama satay celup? Aku pun tak pernah rasa tapi husband selalu cerita pasal makanan nie sehingga aku tertanya dan teringin nak rasa betapa sedapnyer satay celup nie. Menurut hubby, makanan nie sangat famous di Melaka di kalangan orang-orang Cina. Tapi kebiasaannya orang China akan letak non-halal produk dalam makanan nie. Itu sebab orang Islam tak makan.

Awal plan, nak masak nie semasa balik ke Melaka. Hubby dah berangan nak makan besar dgn family dia, tapi nasib tak mengizinkan, Luffy demam pulak pada hari nak balik tu. Jadi plan nak masak satay celup di Melaka terpaksa di batalkan.

2 minggu lepas tu harijadi aku, mak aku pulak nak buat kenduri sebab nak sambut puasa katanya, walhalnyer puasa lagi sebulan :). Jadi husband kata dia nak masak satay celup masa kenduri aku tu sebab masa tu ramai orang, so baru meriah. Aku OK jer :) Memang sedap, sorrylah tak dapat share resepi sebab hubby yang masak... aku tolong makan jer. Nie ader beberapa gambar utk di kongsi berkenaan dgn satay celup nie. Tapi memang nice , yummilicous...

What I'm craving right now??

Oh yes, I am fasting right now :). But I thnik it'll be tremendously awesome if I can have this for my berbuka puasa..

Yummy :), look at those sashimi... That's the definite meal that I order if i got to Japanese restaurant. Maybe this weekend I'll bodek hubby to take me to Sushi King.
