Ada hati nak main kat rumah pengasuh

Hari ni bermulalah sessi peperiksaan akhir tahun bagi murid tahun1-5 di sekolah Luffy. 2-3 hari ni mmg stress kat rumah suruh Luffy buat revison. Luffy pula bad mood sebab kena kontrol time main dan tngk TV. Memang rebel sungguh, kalau dah besar camner lah nak kontrol nie #dilemaibubapa. Check dlm beg pengasuh penuh dengan mainan dia. Ada hati nak main kat rumah pengasuh.. Aku keluarlan permainan dia, tinggal 1 ottomen je. Pastu beberapa keping kertas soalan. Harap Luffy dapat bersabar sampai hari khamis ye sayang..

Little Luffy is a big guy..

Luffy has been pestering me on 'sunat' thing for quite some time. "Mama, I want sunat this saturday", he thinks circumsized process can be done very fast. The healing is the one take times. So we use this 2 weeks holiday to do the circumsition. My babysitter husband book the session earlier, he paid deposit RM20, and balance RM180 during the procedure. We did this at  Klinik Salahuddin, Gelugor. Despite some bad rumors about the doctir informed by my friend, I trust my babysitter more. All her kids was circumsized by this doctor and all were well.
When I reached the clinic, there was one mother. She looked worried and her eyes were red. I think she was cried before. While talking to the nurse, I can hear boy cried inside the clinic. All these make me scared. Plus the way, the nurse do the prescription and way to handle and issues with the kid after circumsize make me even worried and scared.. bad bad nurse. Babysitter can sense my worried face she try calm me down. "Jangan percaya sangat cakap nurse tu, dalam 3-4 hari jer dah ok dah". After the boy finish, it was Luffy turn. While waiting, there were few more boys came for the circumsition as well. And I didnt hear any noise, scream or cry from inside the room. My husband, babysitter's husband and Luffy were inside the room. After 30 minutes they came out. Done!! Luffy was not even crying. He looks steady and me his chocolate. My husband picked up the car and we went home. It's been 5 days now and Luffy is recovering well. Alhamdulilah. He starts wearing pants yesterday and we went to park yesterday.

Luffy dan alatulis

Pejam celik pejam celik, dah hampir 3 bulan my little luffy enrolled into standard 1. Macam tak percaya dia dah start sekolah rendah dan itu menandakan aku pun semakin tua. Kali ni nak ceritakan pasal alatulis dia. Sessi persekolahan baru 3 bulan, tapi stationery dia mcm dah bertahun. Ini merupakan kotak kaler pensil yang ke4 yang di beli. Papa dia bekalkan gunting supaya senang dia nak gunting. Tngk habis kotak ni di guntingnya. Dan  pensil case yer urgh.. mcm tak cukup buku nak di tulis kan?? Kat sini pun boleh conteng kan? Kids... LOL

Luffy's weekly chores

Once the school starts this would be weekly chores for Luffy. Similar like me when I was small, every saturday wash the school shoes and after it dried, paint it white.

Luffy goes to standard1.

Last saturday 3rd jan 2015 was the orientation day for luffy. He will officially go to standard 1 once the school session of 2015 starts. The time pass super fast. He is getting big and I am getting old. As decide by my husband, he go to national school despite the pressure to enrol him to chinese school. My husband was doubtful with luffy capability to cope chinese school sylabus, homework and activity. But I think the real reason, he doesnt want to trouble and pressure his kid. He and his elder brother went to national school, whereas his younger brother and sister went to chinese school.  He saw them suffer so he said... no. Well I let him decide on this.
Luffy goes to class 1 topaz and he likes the class teacher. Is a young, beautiful chinese lady, 😆. Here are some photos I took during the day. Due to the rushing, I lefted my note4 canggih camera at home. So all the photos taken with my ex-iphone4.

Luffy turns 5 today!

Happy birthday to my sweet little angle. He is officially 5 years old at today's date. Alhamdullilah, praise to Almighty God, for His Care, Blessing and love to my beautiful little boy. I'm so thankful to have him as my son and to have opportunity to being his mother. I think it'll be never end to say how grateful and lucky I am to be a mother of this precious boy. It'll be infinite page to say how much I love him, and I do hope and pray, my son will be always healthy, success and blessed in everything that he's done and went through. Amin. 

How to get him like read the book as he overwhelmed with the game?

It's so difficult to get my little boy to read book. He ask me to accompany him to bed. Then I ask to read book together with the new book that I bought yesterday. This is his respond. He immediately fall asleep on the floor. And the moment later, he's with the iPad playing game.

A joke for tonight

One night my small family went to pizza for a dinner. The waitress gave Luffy a kids' plate. So I ask Luffy what are the things on the plate. He answer all correctly except for one. Me, "what is this?" Luffy," mushroom, tomato, onion, sponge bob" ... Hahaha..

Sejuk perut aku mengandung...

Tersentuh hati bila tngk Luffy tekun buat homework. Kami baru blk dr qbay, berbuka disana, dan cari barang sedikit. Sampai rumah dah pukul 9.45pm. Penat siot, esok nak bangun awal utk sahur plak. Aku asyik ingatkan Luffy yang homework dia 3 page tak siap lagi. Luffy diam tak komen apa2.. tapi aku dah set rules utk dia. No ipad, no dancing unless do homework first. I guess he knows well on this rule. Dia cepat habiskan homework dia with less problem. At first aku kena duduk sebelah, once dia dah start, aku tngk he's really concentrate doing it.. Rasa sayu aku tngk ny sweet little angle dah grown up.. He's 4 years 2 months now.

Luffy is officially 4 years old

Last week, on 3rd June 2012 was Luffy 4th birthday. I can't believe the time passed so fast. The child birth experience is still strong in my memory. He was so small and fragile when I first time hold him. He barely open his eyes when I turned on the light in my bedrom.
Me, hubby and Luffy were in Melaka during the birthdate. So we just had small celebration with the his cousin's family. But I think the kids did have fun. I'm planning another birthday bash at my hometown, next weekend. Planning on a lot of thing, and hopefully all is on..

Luffy's CNY 2010 Collection

I was doing house-cleaning during last weekend. I found unopened 'angpow' envelopes in the drawer. Fuh!, Luffy is rich, can you treat mama for fancy dinner?? Hehe
Next week I'll deposit this money in his saving. This much money worth ~RM400 :)

Luffy and his imagination.

Its true kids like to imitate their parent and caregivers. I think it should be fun if we put ourselves in their shoes and share their imagination. Look at my baby Luffy, he tried to imitate me and hubby going shopping. He took my laundry bag and push it like a shopping cart. He select few stuff and put it in the laundry bag. He try to copy how me and hubby doing shopping at Tesco..it's so cute :).. Now I understand why all the remote in the house disappears. Grrr...

Btw, now Luffy is staying with a new babysitter. This new babysitter is taking care Luffy alone, her house is not that far from the my office and the pay is cheaper that previous nursery and last babysitter. It's been one week already and everything seems good. Yesterday my hubby said, he saw Luffy laying down on the babysitter lap...Owww...manja ...

Hey, tak de benda lain nak main ker?

This is one of the funny thing done by Luffy during last weekend. I was busy preparing the breakfast and he was with me in the kitchen banging the pot. Suddenly he disappears, and to my surprised he was sitting inside the pot. The pot size just nicely about his size. He picked that pot and brought to the living room and sit inside it (hey, are you laying egg in that pot???) Not long enough, he tried to turn the pot and he fell off. He cried....

First Trip to Swimming Pool

It’s a first trip Luffy and hubby going to the swimming pool. Well for hubby, it’s the first time he dipped into our apartment’s swimming pool. We’ve been staying here for 1 year and 4 months but he never got chance to play in that pool. For me, it’s my 3rd time. Every time my family visiting, the munchkins sure will go play in the pool and I join the crew. The munchkins (nieces and nephew)

We did buy the float jacket for Luffy, but he was too small. When we put him with the float jacket, he looks stuck inside and very uncomfortable. Once he touched the pool floor with his feet, he struggles to remove himself from the float jacket. Oh, he really has a good time in the pool. After spending about 30 minutes in the pool, we took him out but he refused. I really need to use up some energy to get the little Luffy out from the pool. This is only to introduce him to the pool and I don’t want him to get sick by spending too long in the pool. Unfortunately he did catch flu that night, but not a serious one.

Change Over day-care centre to babysitter

Due to some bad incidents happened at the nursery, I decided to place Luffy under babysitter care. It was sudden and unplanned move, but I think this is the Best for my darling Luffy. This new babysitter is my ex-boss wife which is the Best candidate that I have at this point of time. Judging from the location and due to the fact that she's also babysit a few other infant and babies, certainly making me doubtful, but I think it's better rather than you now that the nursery which he has been staying is no longer a safe place for him. And I think also not an excellent move to put Luffy under stranger's care as well. I did checked a few other daycare center, but it look like they are more interested in making money than to take care kids.

Actually I feel hesitate to quit the Tadika Anakku Sayang service. Luffy has been with them for 13 months, and it seems no major issue happened until recently. This nursery is in strategic location which is about 5 minutes drive from my office and the fees is quite compatible. The owner is good and there used to be a few good and elderly staff. But recently the performance is dropped. There are many times when I pick-up Luffy, they informed me Luffy feel down, Luffy being bitten, Luffy naughty and he fell down. I feel quite unhappy, I guess kids are supposed to be active at this time because they want to explore the world. I pay them to look after him, not to let him play alone and fall off. The most terrible incident was when I pick-up Luffy with bruise on his head like a size of an egg. The owner appologize to me and ask me to take Luffy to clinic. She looks quite guilty and she mentioned that Luffy walk imbalance and he fell off when he stepped on the toys. I don't quite believe it, but looking at Luffy condition and he looks OK i just nodding and doesn't say much. That night the nursery's owner call me again to ask Luffy's condition. I did mentioned my dissatisfaction, and asked her to monitor Luffy better. I did mentioned, I'm afraid Luffy being hit by other kids, which I think the real rootcause of the bruise. The next day, during the lunch hour I call the nursery about Luffy and the owner said happily that Luffy having porridge and he is fine. When I pick-up Luffy again, I saw big spot of medicine on his head, I asked did he fell off again, and the owner said, no, this is from yesterday incident. When I reached home, I cleaned the spot and to my surprised there are two bruises. WTF!!! I felt very pissed-off, I wanted to call the nursery and asked for explanation, but I think its useless, since she did mentioned that the bruise is from the previous incident. Not forgotten, before I drove away, I did asked the owner that I didn't see her 3 of her staff. She said they have quit their service. I think this is the explanation why Luffy got those spot, the staff is outnumbered and the nursery is out of hand.

Before anything went worse, I better switch place. I think I'll put Luffy temporarily with this babysitter until I can get other better place but certainly not Tadika Anakku sayang.

My son at 1 year 3 months old.

Time passed so fast, and Luffy is already 1 year ++. Alhamdullilah, syukur kepada Allah :D. I hope I can be a good mother for Luffy and I hope I gave, give and will give the BEST for him. He is 78 cm tall and 9 kg weight. This is based on the recent check-up data. According to the nurse, Luffy is lightly underweight. His ideal weight should 10.5kg to 12 kg. The nurse advise to give Luffy adult food instead of porridge. But the problem, Luffy reject the adult food, he prefer porridge because its soft and he dont have to do lots of work :)

Luffy bath time

Yesterday was a public holiday for most of the company and school. The public holiday of Nuzul Al-Quran. However Agilent and Avago which is hubby and my employer does not gazetted it as holiday for the employees. I didn't know the nursery where we sent Luffy is closed too. Maybe it was my mistake that I did not see that they've written on the notice board that they'll be Off On Monday when I took Luffy last Friday.

Too bad that my roster is to take Luffy from nursery while hubby take Luffy to nursery hehe... Hubby called about 9.30,
Hubby " do you know the nursery closed today? do they tell you that on Friday?"
Me "No, what happened"
Hubby " I went there and everything is closed. I knocked door, nobody answer. It does mentioned on the notice board"
Me " Really, I must've missed that on Friday. You want me to take leave today? I can "
Hubby "It's OK, I've called my boss"

Thats what happened. So Luffy got to spend 2 extra days with Papa this week :)



I went back during lunch break to check the duos. I can hear the sound of Luffy's favorite song being played from outside the house. How wonderful, I just wish that I can be at home with them. And it was almost time Luffy had his shower :). I manage to capture this.

Luffy being warded :(

Three weeks after hubby went through his tonsil removal surgery, my little Luffy was admitted to hospital. He was having a fever on Friday, and check-up with our favorite paediatrician Dr Lim, shows no serious symptoms. However, doctor request us to monitor his condition. If it get worsen or the fever still continue for few days to come, quickly take him to see him again.During those time, there were so many diseases widespread announced on the news. Me and hubby were pretty worried about that since Luffy was put in the nursery care. We were afraid our dear boy was contracted with some diseases at nursery.

11 May was a replacement holiday for Wesak Day. So hubby and I got Monday off. We went back to my hometown after see that Luffy condition getting better. Unfortunately, I fall sick due to fever when we were at my hometown. On Sunday, Luffy's temperature getting high..urgh... he still got fever. We went to the Most famous clinic prescribed by my mum "Klinik Kana". The way my mum tell us about this doctor as he is the BEST doctor on earth..Hahaha... We went there, and it is very true, he's a good doctor and I'm very comfortable with him. I think he is one of the good doctor I've ever met. He even gave me one day sick Off.

So I got day off on Tuesday. Luffy body was quite hot, so I took him to see paed Dr. Lim. He suggested Luffy to get admitted to monitor his condition since the fever is on and off. This is the BEST for Luffy and I agreed to it. So there I were, spending a few days in hospital with my angel. He admitted on Tuesday and discharge on Saturday. Results from the blood test shows that Luffy hemoglobin level is quite low. This is why his body will take some time to recover from illnesses. Poor my little boy :(
